摘要 总结驱虫药致迟发性脑病MRI和CT检查30例。发现病灶多不对称地位于侧脑室周围,类圆形,大小不等.边界模糊,占位效应不明显,可融合呈串珠状。MRI上病灶T1WI低信号,T2WI高信号,可环形或实性强化,有的不强化。CT表现为低密度灶,少有强化,相同病例CT显示病灶少于MRI。仅从影像上本病与散发性脑炎和多发性硬化难于区别。病前服用驱虫药史是诊断本病的关键。 MRI and CT examination of 30 cases of delayed encephalopathy induced by anthelmintic (DEIA)have been analyzed. Most lesions located around lateral ventricle asymmetricaly without mass effect. It appeared as round like shape with variable size and nuclear rim. On MRI the lesion was hypointense at T1WI and hyperintense at T2WI. Some lesions had ringlike or solid enhancement while the others had no enhancement. On CT the lesion was in low density with mild enhancement. But the number of lesion depicted by CT was less than that by MRI. There were no specific features differenciated from acute disseminated encephalitis and multiple sclerosis. It is important that Verification of history of patients's exposure to anthelmintic is the key diagnostic criterion.
