摘要
用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机研究了弹簧钢55CrSi(%:0.54C、1.37Si、0.70Cr)320mm×280mm连铸坯950~1150℃塑性变形抗力。分析了变形速率(1~10 s^(-1))、变形程度(0.2~0.5)和变形温度对该钢变形抗力的影响,建立了55CrSi钢变形抗力数学模型。通过模型计算值和实测值对比和回归分析表明,回归方程高度显著,具有良好的曲线拟合特性。
Deformation resistance of 320 mm × 280 mm cast bloom of spring steel 55CrSi ( % : 0. 54C, 1.37Si, 0. 70Cr) at 950 - 1 150 ℃ was studied by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator. Based on analyzing the effect of strain rate ( 1 - 10 s^-1 ), deformation extent (0. 2 -0, 5) and temperature on deformation resistance of the steel, the math model for deformation resistance of steel 55CrSi has been established. The results of comparison between calculated value by model and measured value and regression analysis showed that the regression expression was high noticeable and had nice curvefitting characteristics.
