摘要
建立波纹腹板H型钢梁的受力模型,按照板的稳定理论分别给出了波纹腹板局部屈曲和整体屈曲的抗剪承载力理论公式,并设计4根构件进行了试验及有限元数值模拟分析,研究了不同的波纹尺寸、腹板厚度等因素对构件承载力的影响.试验结果表明:若波纹尺寸设计得当,腹板剪切强度可以达到甚至超过钢材的剪切屈服强度,而有限元方法能够有效预测构件承载力和破坏模式.最后结合理论分析和试验研究提出了波纹腹板H型钢的设计建议.
Mechanical model of the H-beam with corrugated webs were established, and the webs' academic formulas of shear strength was put forward based upon beth the plate partial buckling and global buckling theory. Four members were tested and the finite element numerical simulation was conducted in parallel to study the influence of different factors on the strength, such as corrugation dimensions, web thickness, etc. The test results show that shear strength of corrugated web can exceed steel shear yield strength, if the corrugation dimension is rational, and the finite element method can effectively predict the shear strength and the failure mode. Finally, the design proposal is put forward upon the theoretical analysis experimental investigation results.
