抗生素辅以红藤汤灌肠治疗盆腔炎性包块60例疗效分析

目的：了解红藤汤联合抗生素治疗妇科盆腔炎性包块的疗效。方法：选取60例盆腔炎性包块患者，使用抗生素辅助红藤汤灌肠治疗组30例，抗生素治疗组30例。两组患者通过观察治疗前后盆腔包块大小，腹痛情况以及白带，体温。包块消失，体温正常，白带正常为治愈。治疗前后症状无变化，则为无效。结果：治疗组与对照组治疗盆腔炎性包块的疗效有显著差异。结论：使用抗生素辅以红藤汤灌肠治疗妇科盆腔炎性包块，具有疗程短，疗效高，经济又方便，值得推广。
