摘要
试验建立了一种普通百里香的快速繁殖方法。以带腋芽的茎段为外植体,比较了不同浓度的IAA和6-BA组合对不定芽的诱导和增殖的效果,以及不同浓度的IBA和多效唑组合对枝条生根的影响。结果表明,不定芽的增殖和诱导以MS+IAA 0.25 mg.L-1+6-BA 0.25 mg.L-1为宜,生根以1/2MS+IBA0.50mg.L-1+PP333 0.75 mg.L-1为宜。
A rapid propagation method of Thymus vulgaris was established. The study compared the effect of various IAA and 6-BA on stem with axillary bud of Thymus vulgaris for inducing and propagating adventitious buds, and compared the effect of various concentration of IBA and paclobutarzol on shoots for inducing roots. The results showed that MS+IAA 0.25 mg· L^-1 +BA 0.25 mg· L^-1 was suitable for inducing and propagating of adventitious buds, and 1/2MS+IBA 0.50 mg·L^-1 +PP333 0.75 mg·L^-1 for generating roots.
