摘要
对烟草"灼斑病"的病原及发病条件进行了研究。结果表明,引起烟草"灼斑病"的病原为烟草花叶病毒(TMV),发病条件为已感染TMV且表现花叶病的烟株,在夜间10～15℃低温,白天光照强度700～900lx的条件下持续5～7 d,下部叶片即表现出灼斑症状,与田间症状基本一致。
The pathogen and occurrence conditions of tobacco ＂sunburn spot disease＂ which generally occurred in tobaccogrowing areas of Liaoning province were studied in this paper. The results showed that the pathogen was tobacco mosaic virus （TMV）; its occurrence was related with low temperature at 10-15℃ in night and illumination intensity at 700-900 lx in day for 5-7 days. The symptoms of ＂sunburn spot disease＂ were observed in the leaf, which been the same as those in the field.
