摘要
测定了12种常用农药对球孢白僵菌菌丝生长、产孢量和孢子萌发的影响。结果表明,杀虫剂对白僵菌的相容性好于杀菌剂。除阿维菌素外,其他供试杀虫剂均与球孢白僵菌的相容性较好;供试杀菌剂对球孢白僵菌菌丝生长、产孢量和孢子萌发均有抑制作用,尤以甲基托布津、福美双、代森锰锌的抑制作用较强(孢子不能萌发),不适合与球孢白僵菌混用。
The effects of 12 widely used pesticides on mycelia growth, spore yields and conidia germination of Beauveria bassiana were investigated in this paper.The results showed that the insecticides were more compatible with B. bassiana than the fungicides. All insecticides exhibited high compatibility with B. bassiana except Abametin. However, all fungicides inhibit intensely mycelia growth, spore yields and conidia germination of B. bassiana. Thiophanate methyl, Thiram and Maneozeb could not be simuhaneous used with B. bassiana for their strong restrain capability to spore germination.
