摘要 采用蒽酮比色法测定孑遗植物的可溶性糖含量,并通过纸层析法鉴定出可溶性糖的种类,讨论了孑遗植物可溶性糖的含量与其抗寒性的关系。 The contents of the soluble sugar in the leaves of the relic plants were determined by the antrone chromametry and the types of the soluble sugar in the leaves of the relic plants were identified by the paper chromatography. The results indicated that the cold resistance of the relic plants was related to the contents of the soluble sugar.
