摘要
介绍了虚拟样机技术的内涵及应用现状,利用ADAMS完成了联合采伐机CFJ30虚拟样机的建立,通过对CFJ30静态稳定性的传统理论计算与虚拟样机的仿真分析结果的比较,验证了虚拟样机技术在联合采伐机设计过程中应用的可靠性,为下一步CFJ30动态稳定性仿真分析、整机性能测试奠定了基础。
The connotation of virtual prototyping technology and its application were introduced in this paper. The software ADAMS was used to establish a virtual prototype model of the Harvester-CFJ30. The comparison of the resuhs between the traditional theoretical calculation on the static stability of CFJ30 and the simulation verified the reliability of application of virtual prototyping technology to develop harvesters. It laid the foundation for the future dynamic stability simulation on CFJ30 and its performance test.
