餐饮垃圾单级间歇式厌氧消化制沼气试验研究

摘要 进行了餐饮垃圾(去油)单级间歇式中温厌氧消化处理试验,试验分为两个阶段,第一阶段试验原料的总固体含量(TS)及水力停留时间(HRT)分别为4.67%和51 d,挥发性固体(VS)占总固体含量(TS)的80%,污泥接种量为50%。结果表明,餐饮垃圾(去油)中每千克挥发性固体(VS)产沼气797.48 L,其中甲烷含量在50%以上,水力停留时间(HRT)以35 d为宜。第二阶段研究了pH值调节、总固体含量(TS)对产气量的影响。结果显示,对消化液进行pH值调节能够减小酸化对产甲烷菌产生的抑制,提高产沼气速率,但是调节pH值后产气量一直不高;污泥接种量为50%的条件下,总固体含量(TS)为20%时产气量最大。 To find an effective method for the treatment of food waste, the feasibility and necessity of treating food waste by anaerobic digestion were analyzed in this paper. The simulated experiment for treating food waste (wiped off axunge) by single phase intermittent anaerobic digestion(36℃) was conducted, it was separated into two phases, in the first phase, the total solid (TS) and hydraulic retention time (HRT) of experimental material were 4.67% and 51 d respectively. The percentage of volatile solid was 80%, and the inoculation amount was 50%. The results showed that the biogas yield of food waste (wiped off axunge) reached 797.48 L·kg^-1 VS, and methane content exceeded 50%. In addition, the optimum hydraulic retention time (HRT) was 35 d. In the second phase, the effects of both adjustment of pH value and total solid (TS) on biogas yield were investigated. The results indicated that pH value adjustment could reduce the inhibition of methanogenic bacteria caused by acidification and increase the biogas production rate, but the biogas yield was always low after acidification. When the inoculation amount was 50%, the maximum yield of biogas in the reactor with 20% of total solid was obtained.
