摘要
以花生壳为原料,探索用硫酸活化法制取活性炭的最佳工艺条件及其处理印染废水的效果,结果表明:炭化时间为150min、炭化温度为800℃、硫酸的稀释比为1:1、固液比为1:2、活化时间为90min、活化温度为60℃时,制得的活性炭吸附性能优良.用其吸附处理印染废水,在活性炭吸附剂用量15g/L、吸附时间为120min、振荡速率为160r/min、pH值为5、温度为25℃的条件下,脱色率达96.7%.实现了对花生壳的资源化利用,为制备活性炭的原料来源及活性炭处理废水的应用开辟了新途径。
The optimal preparation technology of activated carbon from peanut shell by sulfuric acid activation method and its treatment on dyeing wastewater were studied. The results showed that the adsorption properties of prepared active carbon were very good under the following conditions: the carbonization time was 150 min, carbonization temperature was 800℃, dilution ratio of sulfuric acid was 1:1, solid-liquid ratio was 1:2, activation time was 90 rain and activation temperature was 60℃. The prepared active carbon was used to treat dyeing wastewater, with the addition of active carbon prepared of 15 g/L, adsorption time of 120 min, shaking rate of 160 r/min, pH value of 5 and the adsorption temperature of 25 ℃, the decoloration rate was 96.7%.The peanut shells were utilized comprehensively, which provided a new raw material source of preparation of activat- ed carbon and a new way of treatment of dyeing wastewater.
