浸轧-热压染色技术工艺探讨

摘要 提出了一种新型织带染色技术——浸轧-热压染色法.通过正交和单因素实验找出了色浆的最佳组成配方(糊料用量6%、染料用量3%、分散剂用量0.5%)及热压的最佳工艺条件(200℃热压60s),并对染色后的织带进行了汗渍牢度、摩擦牢度测试,结果表明:热压水洗后织带的耐汗渍色牢度为4~5级,干、湿摩擦色牢度为5级(未水洗织带的干摩擦牢度为5级,湿摩擦牢度为4~5级).在色牢度要求不是很严格时,可以省略热压后水洗的步骤,节约能源。 A new dyeing method of padding & hot-pressing was brought forward. The optimal composition of colorant (6% of paste, 3% of dye, 0.5% of dispersant) and process conditions of hot-pressing (hot pressed at 200 ℃ for 60 s) were obtained through the orthogonal and single factor experiments. The perspiration fastness and rocking fastness of dyed belt were measured. The results showed that the perspiration fastness of washed terylene belt was grade 4N5, rubbing fastness was grade 5 (hot rubbing fastness of not washed was grade 5, wet rubbing fastness was grade 4-5). If the demand to color fastness was not too strict, the washing after hot-pressing could be omitted to save energy.
