摘要
本文介绍了一种金属对模加压成型的小端外翻法兰复合材料锥壳的模具设计方法。这种锥壳只在小端有一个一体成型的法兰,且法兰和筒身成锐角。根据金属对模加压成型的特点,该筒身加压运动方向是从无法兰一端向有法兰一端,这将造成筒身产生较大位移。本文通过与相似锥壳的结构和模具设计进行对比,采用了在无法兰一端增加工艺法兰的方法,有效地解决了筒身位移的问题,取得了良好的应用效果。
The paper introduces a method of metal mold research of composite cone shell. There is a only extrorse flange in the cone - shell' s little end, and the angle between flange and shell is acute angle. According to the characteristic of the molding method that its press is from the opposite movement between the metal molds, the direction of the press movement is from no flange end to the other end. So it will bring bigger displacement to shell. Compared with similar shells, their structure and method of mold design are studied. The way of adding a technologic flange to the cone shell is adopted to solve the problem of displacement of the shell and the good practical effects are achieved.
