中山市高中学生血生化水平调查

Study on Biochemical Profile of Blood About High School Students in Zhongshan City

摘要 目的了解中山市高中学生的血生化水平。方法整群随机抽取中山市四所学校的学生进行血生化水平检测、分析。结果血清胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平女生均显著高于男生(P<0.01),TC和LDL-C的异常率女生显著高于男生(P<0.01),LDL-C水平城区显著高于镇区(P<0.01);女生空腹血糖水平显著低于男生(P<0.01);男生的贫血率显著低于女生(P<0.05),镇区学生的贫血率显著低于城区学生(P<0.05);血红蛋白(Hb)与心血管疾病的危险因素LDL-C和TC呈负相关关系(P<0.05),与心血管疾病的保护因素HDL-C呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论加强对女生和城区学生营养知识宣传教育,改变不良饮食习惯,降低贫血的发生以及成年后心血管疾病发生危险性。 Objective To know the biochemical profile of blood about high school students in Zhongshan City. Methods Students were selected in 4 senior high schools of Zhongshan City by cluster sampling, and their blood biochemical profiles were detected and analyzed. Results The total cholesterol (TO), lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL -C), and high- density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL - C) levels of girl students were significantly higher than those of boy students (P〈 0.01). The abnormal rates of TC and LDL-C in girl students were significantly higher than those of boy students(P〈 0.01). The LDL - C level of urban students was significantly higher than that of country students(P〈 0.01). The average concentration of fasting blood glucose of girl student was significantly less than that of boy student (P〈 0.01 ). The anemia ratio of boy student was significantly less than that of girl student (P〈 0.05), and the anemia ratio of country student was significantly less than that of urban student (P〈 0.05). The level of haemoglobin (Hb) was negatively correlated with LDL - C and TO of cardiovascular dangerous profile (P〈 0.0.5), but positively correlated with HDL - C cardiovascular protective profile ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions For reducing the anemia ratio and risk factors resulting in cardiovascular diseases in adulthood, it is necessary to strength health education about nutritional knowledge and improve diet habit in girl students and urban students.
