摘要
目的探讨我国医学本科生内科学临床实习双语教学的优化模式。方法首先建立一种系统的临床实习双语教学模式(A模式),将A模式和现行临床实习双语教学模式(B模式)应用于两个年级的实习教学,最终通过笔试、面试和问卷调查,比较两种模式的教学效果,建立一种有效、可行的临床实习双语教学模式。结果通过评估发现A模式组的笔试成绩和面试成绩分别为(75.50±5.61)和(79.95±7.15)分,均高于B模式组(P<0.05);问卷调查显示两组对专业知识的掌握程度差异无统计学意义(P=0.69);对专业英语的掌握程度A模式组高于B模式组(P=0.002);42.5%的A模式组学生认为A模式能很好地培养学生用英语思考的能力,明显高于B模式组的16.4%。结论系统的临床实习双语教学模式是目前教学状况下的一种优化的、有效的教学模式,有助于提高医学本科生的医学英语水平及用英语进行临床思维的能力。
Objective To explore the optimized model of bilingual teaching in the medical undergraduates' clinical practice of internal medicine in China. Methods First, a systemic bilingual teaching mode in internal clinical practice was established (named model A), then the model A and current bilingual teaching mode in internal practice (named model B) were used in the clinical practice of medical students from two grades. When clinical practice was finished, teaching effect was evaluated by written examination, oral test and questionnaire. Results The mean scores of written examination and oral test of students in group A were 75.50 ±5.61 and 79.95 ±7.15, which were higher than those of group B ( P〈 0.05). The results of questionnaire indicated that the mastery degree of professional knowledge of the two groups had no significant difference(P = 0.69); but the mastery degree of medical English of group A was higher than that of group B(P = 0. 002). About 42.5 % of the students in group A held that model A could train and improve the students' capability of thinking with English, which was significantly higher than that of group B (16.4 % ). Conclusions In the current teaching environment, the systemic bilingual teaching mode is an effective mode for internal clinical practice, which can greatly improve the students' medical English level and capability of thinking with English.
