摘要
子宫内膜癌是妇女最常见恶性肿瘤之一,发病率逐年升高。随着免疫学和分子生物学的发展,基因在子宫内膜癌发生、发展、预后中的作用成为学者们关注的热点。如癌基因(ras、bcl-2、cerbB-2、β-catenin、C-met)、抑癌基因(PTEN、P53、P16、RB)及DNA错配修复基因。这些基因对于阐述子宫内膜癌的发生、发展机制具有重要意义。现就这些基因的研究进展作一综述,以为子宫内膜癌的诊断和治疗提供理论依据。
Carcinoma of the endometrium (EC) is one of the most common cancers in clinical treatment. The incidence rate increased year by year. As the development of immunology and molecular biology, gene has become the focus of attention in the incidence, development and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma, such as oncogenes (ras, bcl- 2, cerbB- 2, β- catenin, and C- met), cancer suppressor genes ( PTEN, P53, P16, and RB) and DNA mismatch repair gene. These genes might be of important significance in the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma. This article summarized the progress of these genes to provide a theoretical basis for diagnosis and treatment of endometrial carcinoma.
