摘要
结合正交试验法和流体模拟分析软件Fluent,对镁液在连续浇注过程中的流动进行模拟分析。通过级差分析,确定镁锭重量、镁锭预热温度、熔化室与取料室体积比及取料速度这四个参数对镁液温度波动的影响,并通过绘制因素水平影响趋势图,分析得出对镁液温度波动影响最小的组合方案,并提出抑制取料室镁液温度波动的措施。
The flow of magnesium alloy liquid in continuous molding is simulated by using liquid analysis software of Fluent and orthogonal experimental method. Through range analysis,the temperature fuctuation of magnesium alloy liquid which is affected by magnesium alloy's weight.magnesium alloy's preheat temperature,proportional relations between melting furnace and heat preservation furnace and reclaiming velocity are clarified. Through analyzing the diagrams of influential factors resulted from the simulation results ,the optimized parameters scheme is obtained and put forward inhibit temperature fluctuation measures
