摘要
设计了一个三自由度机械手,用于生物芯片检测过程中的加样,该机械手有8个加样针头模块,针头间距可调,且每个针头模块可以独立完成加样。8个模块不仅可以联动实现多针同时加样,而且也可以单针或几针选择性加样,提高了加样效率和精度,实现了生物芯片加样的自动化,缩短了芯片检测分析周期。
A 3 DOF(Degree Of Freedom)manip ulator is des igned, use d for the s ample adding of the biachip detection process ,the manipulator has 8 sample adding needle modules ,pitch of needle can be regulated,and each module can independently complete sample adding. 8 modules can linkage to complete multi-needle sample adding at the same time ,but also single or several needles can selectively accomplish sample adding,which improves the efficiency and accuracy of sample ,achieves biochips sample automatically,shortens the cycle of chip detection and analysis.
