摘要
针对以获得螺栓预紧效果为目标的螺栓有限元仿真问题,提出一种基于ANSYS的简单可靠易行的模拟盲孔螺栓联接有限元仿真的方法。该方法采用节点耦合来模拟螺纹幅的联接作用,并通过ANSYS自带的预紧单元在螺栓中施加预紧力来实现螺栓的预紧效果。有限元和理论计算结果表明,最大应力发生在螺纹第一牙的位置,第一牙约承受30%的载荷,应力的分布与用真实螺纹联接一致。
A simple ,reliable and feasible FEM simulation about blind hole bolt connection based on ANSYS is proposed to obtain bolt pre-tensional effect .It uses node coupling to simulate the connection effect of the thread and applies preload to the bolt in order to achieve pre-tensional effect by using the pretension elements in ANSYS. The FEM simulation analysis and theoretical computing results show that the maximum stress occurs in the first tooth of the thread,which bears about 30 percent of the load,and stress distribution is the same as real thread connecting.
