摘要
采用组合式型腔成型结构微小复杂的SONY-EX700型耳机外壳,并采用斜导柱抽芯机构,简化了模具的复杂度,自动化程度较高。使用MoldFlow模流软件进行验证,并对模具工作零件的数控加工过程进行刀路轨迹仿真。结果表明,该模具结构合理,可以生产出符合技术要求的微小型耳机外壳。
The use of combined cavities for the tiny SONY-EX700 cellphone's shell,as well as the core-pulling mechanism using side-draw pin,simplified the mould structure ,which made the design of the mould innovated and automatized. And the gate was optimized using moldflow,the cutter trail was simulated for the shaping parts. The results showed that the mold skeleton was reasonable,and it could meet the requirement of the tiny cellphone's shell.
