摘要
通过对间歇机构—不完全齿轮机构的研究,对不完全齿轮进行了参数化设计和结构设计,解决了传送机构中原料纸准确定位和刀具的间歇切割问题。不完全齿轮机构的结构简单,传动比调整方便,经济可靠。
Through the research of intermittent mechanism-incomplete gear,we completed the parametric design and structural design of incomplete gears ,and solved the problem of accurate positioning of raw materials of in transmission and intermittent running of cutting tool. Incomplete gear mechanism has simple structure and convenient transmission ratio. Meanwhile it is reliable and economical.
