摘要 AVS-S标准是中国自主制定的面向安防监控应用的新一代音视频编解码标准。空域可伸缩是满足AVS-S标准多分辨率可调需求的有效方法,为了进一步提高编码效率,分析并改进SVC层间预测算法,面向AVS-S标准提出基本层上采样精细重预测和层间空时运动向量预测2种算法,实验结果表明,该算法具有较好性能并易于实现。 AVS-S standard is a new audio and video standard for video surveillance application. Spatial scalability meets the requirement of changeable resolution bit streams. To improve the coding efficiency, this paper designs tow arithmetics inter-layer prediction for AVS-S based on SVC spatial scalability approach: base layer up-sample re-prediction and inter-layer and inter layer spatio-temporal MV prediction. Simulation result shows that the proposed algorithm is convenient in implementation and excellent in performance.
