高线中轧电机监测系统的设计与应用

Design and application of monitoring system for the intermediate mill for high speed wire rod mill

摘要 以某高线中轧电机为对象,提出了基于C/S(Client/Server)模式的分布式监测系统的网络结构和软件结构。分别对数据的采集与传输、实时数据存储、以及数据实时图形显示等几项关键技术进行了详细地论述。工程实践表明,该系统运行稳定。 Aim at the electromotor that are used in factory,the structure of network and software of distributed monitoring system were proposed,which is based on C/S (Client/Server) mode. Some key technologies, including collection and transmission of data,storage of real-time data, and display of real-time figure ,were discussed in detail. The engineering practice shows that the system goes steadily.
