摘要 在分析空气静压球轴承工作原理的基础上,设计了气体静压对置双半球球面轴承。通过理论分析及计算确定了气体静压球轴承的尺寸,为了提高气体静压球轴承的性能,研究了其结构设计,提出一些改进措施。通过改进结构,有助于提高气体静压球轴承的承载力和刚度,消除加工装配误差的影响。 Based on the analysis of principle of the aerostatic spherical bearing,aerostatic spherical surface bearing of two contrapasition hemisphere had been devised. The dimensions of the aerostatic spherical bearing had been determined through theoretical calculation and analysis. In order to enhance the characteristics of the aerostatic spherical bearing,some amelioration measures had been brought for- ward through the investigation of structure. Load capacity and stiffness of aerostatic spherical bearing had been enhanced by amelioration structure,and the affect of the error in machining and assembly had been eliminated.
