通过对7Cr7Mo2V2S(i通称LD钢)成分、性能、锻造和热处理工艺的研究了解,并将LD钢与Cr12MnV钢和6CrNiSiMnMoV(通称GD钢)进行性能比较,最终选用LD钢作气动剪钳动定刀,大大提高了刀具的使用寿命。

Through the research and understanding of the ingredient,the performance ,forging and the heat treatment craft of the 7Cr7Mo2V2Si （is generally called the LD steel）,and carries on the performance to compare the LD steel with the Cr12MnV steel and 6CrNiSiMnMoV （/s generally called the GD steel） ,finally selects the LD steel to make moving cutter and Fixed cutter of the air operated metal-cutting pliers ,enhanced cutting tool＇s service life greatly.
