摘要
在分析和简化大客车基本结构和载荷分布的基础上,利用人体工效学和汽车系统动力学原理,分别建立了轮胎、悬架系统、乘客人体等模型,并最终建立起9自由度的客车动力学模型。同时,采用SX6120A型客车进行了实车试验。将仿真结果与试验数据进行对比,结果表明所建动力学模型是正确的。应用此模型,仿真分析了高速回避障碍物工况下客车操纵稳定性响应特性。
Based on the analysis and simplifying of coach structure and load in the coach,and using the principle of ergonomics and vehicle system dynamics ,the models of coach components ,such as automobile tyre ,suspension,passenger body,and so on,are respectively established,and ultimately the coach dynamics model of nine-degree of freedoms is founded. At the same time,experiments with SX6120A are carrying out on the road. Comparing the simulation results with the data of experiments on the road,the result shows that the coach dynamics model is true. Using the model,the responses of coach handling and stability are simulated under high-speed avoiding roadblock condition.
