摘要
在分析比较理论解析法和计算机模拟法的基础上,用相似理论确定影响采煤机螺旋滚筒装煤这一复杂现象的基本物理量,采用矩阵转换法,推导出模型实验的相似准则,确定滚筒模拟装煤的实验参数,利用Pro/E软件对滚筒进行三维实体建模,实现零部件的装配并分析了各零件的干涉情况,应用正交实验的方法对滚筒的装煤效率进行测定。通过对测实结果的分析,得出牵引速度、叶片倾斜角度和滚筒转数三因素对装煤性能影响的程度和它们的最佳组合,使试验结果便于推广到原型。
Based on analyzing and comparing with theoretical resolution and computer simulation, the authors used the method of analogy simulation to acquire the basic physical parameters which affects the loading efficiency of the spiral drum and offered similarity rules of model experiment according to matrix conversion technique. And then the test parameters were worked out. Using the Pro/E software to the spiral drum on the three dimensional entity modeling to realize the parts have been assembled and has analyzed various parts' interference situation and the loading efficiency was menstruated with the normal experimental methods. Through the analysis of test results ,haulage velocity,axial lean angle and rotational speed were concluded as the three factors which affect the loading efficiency,and also putforwards the effect degree with them and their best combination. By this means the result of model trial can be used to archetype.
