摘要
小尺寸高精度零件平面磨削一直采用研磨的方式磨削,但该方法对操作人员的技能要求高、报废率高、效率低下。设计基于涂附模具的小尺寸高精度零件平面磨削方法,并制作模具1套。实例证明,该方法具有精度高、操作方便、效率高等特点。
All the while,rubbing used to the small size,high precision workpiece,but this method asked high skill for the worker. And the high reject quotiety,low efficiency limited it use. This article designed one new grinding for plane of the small size,high precision workpiece method based on coated abrasives. Maked one pattern by this method. The use result indicate that this method have the high precision,convenience operation,high efficiency characteristics.
