摘要
介绍了数控加工虚拟仿真系统NC代码编译器的功能以及编译器总体结构;针对编译模块,阐述了NC编译器对NC程序进行检查的解释-编译算法及其实现过程;探讨了基于Visual C++环境下的数控加工虚拟仿真系统对NC程序编译的实现过程和NC程序加工仿真的实现过程以及两者之间的接口问题。该编译器不仅能满足数控加工程序正确性检查的需要,而且具有良好的实用性。
It introduces the function and the total structure of the NC-code compiler of Numerical Control (NC)virtua/emulation system,and analyses the coding method of explanation-compiler which is adopted by the NC-code compiler of NC virtual emulation system. Based on Visual C++ environment,this paper discusses the realization of compiler-module and emulation-module of the NC-code compiler of NC virtual emulation system and the interface of them.This NC-code compiler not only meets the needs of inspecting NC program correctness but also possesses good practicability.
