摘要
激光跟踪测量法在测量工件轮廓方面具有精度高、实时快速、动态测量、操作简单等特点,越来越广泛的被应用。但激光光束易受气象条件影响,不能全天候使用。针对这一问题,介绍了一种基于视觉技术的工件轮廓的跟踪测量,根据系统硬件平台的具体结构采用边缘跟踪轮廓测量可以加快处理速度,对于图像的实时处理有很大好处。基于视觉的边缘跟踪轮廓测量系统利用传统的图象处理,边缘检测和曲线拟合技术,对CCD拍摄下来的图像进行边缘轮廓提取。并像结束点的坐标。结合可重组测量技术达到了高精度检测工件合格率的要求。
Laser tracking measurement has a great many of benefits in the measurement of outline of the workpieces,such as high precision,real-time fast,dynamic measurement,simple operation,so it has been more and more widely used. However,laser beams are vulnerable to affected by weather conditions, and can't be used day and night. In response to this problem,it presents a vision-based technology of tracking and measuring the outline of the workpiece.According to the concrete structure of the system hardware platform,tracking Contour along edge can be of great benefit for speeding up processing and real-time processing of the image. Measurement system of tracking contour along edge based on visible technology makes use of technologies ,such as traditional image processing,edge detection and curve fitting,to extract the edge contour of images shot by CCD. Moreover,combined with the Reconfigurable measurement technology,the system comes to the requirement for detecting passing rate of the workpiece in the high-precision.
