Study on Bioactive Constituents from Suregada glomerulate

摘要 采用水提取,活性炭、阳离子交换树脂和阴离子交换树脂等色谱方法进行分离纯化,从白树叶Suregada glomerulate的水提取物中分离得到了11个化合物,根据理化性质和光谱学方法分别鉴定为:α-homonojirimycin(1),2-O-methyl-chiro-inositol(2),chiro-inositol(3),myo-inositol(4),甘露醇(5),天冬氨酸(6),脯氨酸(7),亮氨酸(8),异亮氨酸(9),缬氨酸(10),胱氨酸(11)。以上化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到,化合物1具有较好的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性。 Eleven compounds were obtained from the leaves of Suregada glomerulate (Blume) Baill. by extraction with water, chromatograply on active carbon, cation exchange resin and anion exchange resin column. The structures of the compounds were identified as α-homonojirimyein ( 1 ), 2-O-methyl-chiro-inositol ( 2 ), ehiro-inositol ( 3 ), myo-inositol ( 4), mannitol ( 5 ), aspartate ( 6), praline (7), leueine (8), isoleueine (9), valine ( 10 ) and cystine ( 11 ) by chemical and spectral analyses including MS, ^1H NMR and ^13 C NMR. These compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 1 was active α-glueosidase inhibitor.
