摘要
从槲寄生75%乙醇提取物中分离得到4个化合物,应用波谱学方法鉴定它们的结构为尼克酰胺(1),乙酰胺(2),齐墩果酸(3),β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(4)。其中,化合物1和2为首次从槲寄生属植物中分离得到。采用MTT法对化合物1~4进行体外抗肿瘤活性研究,结果显示化合物1、2和4对HO-8910人卵巢浆液性腺癌、SMMC7721人肝癌、T24人膀胱癌、HepG2人肝癌和SHG人神经胶质瘤细胞系没有细胞毒活性,化合物3则对这五种肿瘤细胞系有显著的抑制作用。
Four chemical constituents were isolated from the 75 % ethanol extract of Viscum coloratum ( Kom. ) Nakai and their structures were identified as nicotinamide ( 1 ), acetamide (2), oleanolic acid (3) ,β-amyrin acetate (4) by spectral methods. The antitumor activities of compounds 1-4 were studied by MTT method in vitro. Compounds 1,2 and 4 showed no cytotoxic activities against HO-8910 human ovary serous adenocarcinoma, SMMC7721 human hepatoma; T24 human bladder cancer; HepG2 human hepatoma and SHG human glioma cell lines, and compound 3 showed significant inhibitory activities against those five human tumor cell lines.
