不同筋型小麦品种籽粒可溶性糖含量和淀粉积累及播期调控效应 被引量:4

摘要 以半冬性强筋品种济麦20和弱筋品种郑麦004为材料,在大田栽培条件下研究了灌浆期籽粒可溶性糖含量和淀粉积累变化及播期的调控效应.结果表明:播期对两品种籽粒中可溶性糖含量和淀粉积累的影响存在差异,济麦20籽粒中可溶性糖含量受播期影响大于郑麦004;两品种均以晚播有利于淀粉的积累,适当晚播有利于济麦20支链淀粉的积累,适时播种有利于郑麦004直链淀粉的积累;千粒质量济麦20以适播最大,郑麦004以晚播最大,千粒质量变化与可溶性糖含量及淀粉积累变化趋势基本吻合.因此,在生产中应针对不同筋型小麦品种籽粒糖和淀粉积累特点确定适宜的播期,以达到提高产量和优化品质的目的. Research the sugar content and starch accumulation in grains of two different wheat varieties Jimai 20 (strong gluten) and Zhengmai 004 (weak gluten) during grain filling stage under field experiment. The result indicated that the affect of sowing date on sugar content and starch accumulation in grains had difference, the affect of sowing date on sugar content in grains of Jimai 20 was bigger than that of Zhengmai 004. late sowing was benefit for starch accumulation of two varieties and Amylopectin accumulation of Jimai 20, timely sowing was benefit for Amylose accumulation of Zhengmai 004. The 1000-grain weight were highest of Jimai 20 of timely sowing and Zhengmai 004 of late sowing. The result also indicated that the dynamic change of 1000-grain weight was coincident with sugar content and starch accumulation in grains. Thus,in practice, sutiable sowing date should be determined according to the accumulation characteristics of sugar and starch to increase grain yield and quality.
