摘要
在总结了生态恢复与重建的现有理论和生态发展研究现状的基础之上,提出了生态恢复与重建的新理论——生态发展理论,构建了生态发展理论的理论基础,并对生态发展理论进行了诠释,阐述了生态发展理论对生态恢复与重建的重要意义.
Based on systematic summarization of the existing theories about ecological restoration, reconstruction as well as current researches about ecological development. The paper proposes a new theory of ecological restoration and reconstruction, namely the ecological development theory. In this way, the theory basis for ecological development is built, explained and its significance to ecological restoration and reconstruction is also elaborated.
