摘要
随着企业经营环境动态性的加强,战略柔性的重要性也备受学者们的重视。大部分学者都认为,战略柔性是应对环境动态变化的有效手段。但实际上,从战略内涵的层次上来说,战略的敏感度是不同的,因此不是所有层次的战略都应当采取柔性化。从战略内涵层次的角度来看,战略敏感度应当具备三个层次,即战略柔性、战略刚性和战略富柔性,三者之间的关系从两个角度出发又可以衍生出两个模型。这两个模型,可以为管理者们提供更宽阔的管理视野。
With increasing dynamism in business environment, strategic flexibility catches great attention among academia. According to most scholars, strategic flexibility is an effective means to cope with changes in environment. In reality, however, strategic sensitivity differs with tiers of strategy. Therefore , not all tiers of strategy need to be flexible. Strategic sensitivity should compose of three tiers : strategic flexibility, strategic rigidity and strategic super - flexibility. Two models can be derived from the relationship between the three from two angles, offering wider management vision for managers.
