摘要
目的：为了研究高压氧对脑梗塞的作用。方法：将８６例脑梗塞患者（高压氧组），进行高压氧与药物并用治疗，且选取９２例患者作为对照组，仅用药物治疗。结果：高压氧组总有效率９６．５％，对照组为８１．５％，二组具有显著性差异。结论：高压氧对脑梗塞治疗具有较好的效果。
Object:In order to study the hyperbaric oxygenation for protecting against cerebral infarction,Method: the authors made a study of 86 patients with cerebral infarction treated with hyperbaric oxygenation and pharmacotherapy,and a group of 92 patients was the control group only receiving pharmacotherapy.Results: the total efficacious rate of hyperbaric oxygenation group was 96.5%,and the control group 81.5%,there is a statistically signifficant difference between two groups.Conclusion:hyperbaric oxygenation therapy was aneffective treatment measure for this disease.The mechanisms of hyperbaric oxygenation were discussed.
