超选择性脑动脉内插管灌注尿激酶治疗急性脑梗塞

Thrombolytic Therapy in Acute Cerebral Infarction with Urokinase through Super Selective Catheterization of Cerebral Arteries

采用超选择性脑动脉内插管灌注尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞患者１１例，结果５例再通，６例部分再通。治疗前肌力０度者５例，Ⅱ度者２例，Ⅲ度者４例。治疗后肌力提高Ⅰ～Ⅱ度者３例，提高Ⅲ度者２例，提高Ⅴ度者１例，肌力恢复正常者３例，死亡３例，总有效率７２．７％。并发颅内出血２例。

Thrombolytic therapy with urokinase through super selective catheterization of cerebral arteries was adopted in 11 patients with acute cerebral infarction.5 of them achieved cerebrovascular recanalization and 6 partial recanalization.Among them,5 patients' myodynamia was 0 graed before treatment,another 2 cases Ⅱ grade and the other 4 cases Ⅲ grade.The myodynamia was elevated toⅠ～Ⅱ grades in 3 cases after treatment,to Ⅲ grades in 2 cases and to Ⅴ grades in 1 patient.3 patients' myodynamia was recovered to the normal.3 patients finally died.The total effective rate was 72.7%.Complication of intracerebral hemorrhage occured in 2 patients.
