HPLC法测定调经止痛片中阿魏酸的含量

Determination of ferulaic acid in tablets for regualting menstruation and odynolysis by HPLC

目的:建立测定调经止痛片中当归、川芎所含阿魏酸含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法:大连依利特C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(17∶83)为流动相;流速:0.8 ml/min;检测波长:316 nm。结果:平均方法回收率为97.8%,RSD为1.52%。结论:本方法简便、准确,适用于调经止痛片质量控制。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of ferulaic acid in the Tiaojinzhitong Tablets which feature menstruation regulation and odynolysis. Methods： A ClS column was used as stationary phase and a solution of aeetonitrile -0. 085% H3PO4（17： 83） acted as a mobile phase, the flow rate of which was 0. 8 ml/min. The detection wavelength was at 316 nm. Results： The recovery was over 97.8% and RSD was 1.52%. Conclusion： The method established in this paper is easy to con- duct, accurate and suitable for quality control of the tablets.
