Implications of University System Culture and Countermeasures

大学制度文化是大学思想、精神、理念与各种规范、制度、机制的高度融合与良性互动。大学制度文化必须具有丰富的文化内涵和坚持"以人为本"的价值理念;必须体现教育公平,彰显教育人道主义,强化教育崇善。大学制度文化的特性决定了大学必须坚持"大学自治,教授治学,校长治校,政校分开"。为重新焕发中国大学的精神活力和创造力,我们要进一步解放思想,破除庸俗心态,用建设性探索清除至今仍在束缚我们的思想、观念和制度障碍,打通大学制度建立与设计的"卡夫丁峡谷"。

University system is the high degree of integration of ideological and cultural, spiritual, concepts and norms, systems, mechanisms of positive interaction. Culture of university system must have a rich cultural connotation and adhere to the＂people-oriented＂ ; University education system must reflect the culture of fairness, highlight the humanitarian education and strengthen education advocation. This paper shows that, to renew spirit of vitality and creativity, we must further emancipate our minds, get rid of the vulgar mind, open the ＂Kraft Ding Valley＇of university system and design.
