MAKING USE OF DDE TO COMPLETE COMPLEX CALCULATIONS OF MONITORING SYSTEM DATA IN EXCEL

主要介绍了如何将上位监控软件中无法完成的复杂公式计算,通过动态数据交换(DDE)技术,与上位监控软件建立链接,把数据读取到EXCEL中,并完成复杂公式计算,实现对所要求数据的监控。通过该技术在炼铁监控系统中的应用,提高了监控系统的质量,实现了高炉工艺数字化、标准化操作。

This article introduces how to complete the complex formula calculation which is cant be cemplete by the epistatic monitoring software. It sets up links with the epistatic monitoring software by DDE technology. This method realizes the monitoring of required data by means of reading data to the EXCEL table and completing the complex formula calculation. The application of this technology in monitoring system of ironworks improves the quality of monitoring system, and realizes polytechnic digitized and standardized operation of blast furnace.
