摘要
利用光路可逆原理,实现了某型线列红外成像装置探测器焦平面冷反射成像,在深入分析盲元替代后焦平面冷反射像的视频图像特性的基础上,提出了利用该特性进行盲元设置检测和光轴重合度检测的方法。
According to the reversible principle of ray path, cold reflection imaging of focal plane of a certain type line array infrared imaging system is implemented. After the blind pixels is substituted, the peculiarity of visual image which comes from the line array infrared imaging system is analyzed. Finally, the paper puts forward a method to testing blind pixels setting and superposition degree of ray-axes of the line array infrared imaging system.
