酶法制备开环异落叶松树脂酚

摘要 用开环异落叶松树脂酚二葡萄糖苷水解酶转化开环异落叶松树脂酚二葡萄糖苷(SDG)为开环异落叶松树脂酚(SECO),确定了SDG水解酶与底物SDG反应的适宜条件:反应温度40℃,pH 5.0,底物质量浓度30 mg/mL,反应时间为8 h。在此条件下制备SECO并用萃取法分离纯化,高效液相色谱检测产物中SECO质量分数达到60%,得率达到90%。 SDG-hydrolase was used to hydrolyze the secoisolariciresinol diglucoside to release secoisolariciresinol. The optimum conditions for SDG transformation to SECO were as follows: the temperature was 40 ℃ and pH was 5.0, concentration of SDG was 30 mg/mL, and the time was 8 h. The SECO was extracted and 60% SECO was obtained, in which the yield was about 90%.
