摘要
对大功率双路声光(A-O)Q开关驱动源的系统组成及工作原理进行了阐述,通过系列试验验证了其高可靠性、高稳定性、低电磁干扰(EM I)等优良性能,并最终通过和激光器联调,获得了大功率、窄脉宽、高稳定度的高品质激光输出。
A novel high power double acoustic-optics Q-switch driver is designed in the paper,including its structure and working principle. By the way of experiments,it proves that the high power double A-O Q-switch driver has excel- lent quality of high reliability, high stability and low Electro-Magnetic Interference etc. And we get fine laser output of high power,low laser pulse width and high stability by applying the high power double A-O Q-switch driver into laser system.
