多腔薄膜梳状滤波器的透射峰随入射角的变化规律

摘要 利用特征矩阵法研究了多腔薄膜梳状滤波器在C波段的透射峰在入射角微小变化中的变化规律,结果表明:在入射角缓慢增大的过程中,各透射峰的位置逐渐向短波方向移动,各透射峰的形状周期性地变化;随着入射角的增大,透射峰个数减少,透射峰变宽,透射峰的位置和形状变化加快,以至于极小的入射角变化就会使透射峰的位置和形状产生很大的变化。 The change of the transmission peaks of multi-cavity thin film interleaver in C-Band as the incident angle gradually increases is studied by means of eigen matrix. The results show: As the incident angle gradually increases, the central wavelengths of transmission peaks gradually move to the short-wavelength direction and the shapes of trans- mission peaks change periodically;as the incidence angle increasing, the number of transmission peaks decreases, the shapes of transmission peaks broaden,the transmission peaks' central wavelengths and shapes change more quickly, and so when the incident angle has a very small change, the central wavelengths and the shapes of the transmission peaks change greatly.
