摘要
针对铝电解多功能机组主梁腹板预制拱度过大或过小、导致生产中出铝小车和工具小车运行时发生爬坡或下滑的问题,根据由理论计算的主梁跨中静挠度值以及与主梁焊接时引起拱度值变化的实际经验,给出确定主梁腹板预制拱度的一种方法,此方法解决了生产实际中出现的问题。对于设计与制造铝电解多功能机组主梁腹板具有参考意义。
In order to solve the problem that the prefabricated camber size of main girder's web plate on aluminum electrolysis multifunctional unit is too big or small, resulting in climbing or gliding problem of tapping trolley and tool trolley during production. According to the natural bow of the main girder mid span obtained by theoretical calculation, as well as the practical experience of the main girder camber variation during main gird- er' s welding. This paper proposes the method to prefabricate web plate' s camber of main girder correctly, solves the problem during production practice, it is able to be referred in design and manufacture of main girder's web plate on aluminum electrolysis multifunctional unit.
