摘要
利用纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、复合酶等生物酶制剂对废新闻纸浆进行酶法脱墨,研究了酶处理对浆料湿部电荷特性的影响,并对脱墨后纸浆的纤维特性进行了分析。结果表明,与化学法脱墨浆相比,酶法脱墨浆的平均纤维长度较长,细小纤维含量较少。同时,酶法脱墨浆中的溶解电荷及Zeta电位略低于化学法脱墨浆,经过N476、N613脱墨后的纸浆有利于阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的吸附及碳酸钙的留着。
The cellulases, hemicellulase and mixed enzymes were applied to the deinking of waste newsprint. The influences of enzymatic treatment on the wet-end charge characteristics and the fiber properties were studied. The results showed that the enzymatic deinked pulp had less fine content, longer average fiber length, less dissolved charge and lower zeta potential compared with the chemical deinked pulp. However, after treatment with N476 and N613, the deinked pulp were benefit to the adsorption of cationic polyacrylamide and the retention ratio of CaCO3.
