摘要
气垫式流浆箱是一个强耦合系统,通常采用两个单闭环控制,这样的控制系统抗干扰能力较差,在生产中不够稳定。采用无模型控制器对其解耦,在实际生产中得到验证,解耦效果十分明显。无模型控制算法简单易于编写,在中小型PLC上都可以实现。
Air cushioned headbox system, usually adopting two single closed loop, is a strongly coupled system. While the control system is not steady enough, especially encountering disturb. Decouple method in the paper is Model Free Control Systems, which is verified in practice, and the decouple effect is obvious, model free control arithmetic is easy to compile, and can be implemented in small PLC.
