摘要
从我国乡镇政府绩效评估的现状及问题出发,通过引入平衡计分卡理念,初步建立了基于平衡计分卡的乡镇政府绩效评估体系,对其在实际运行中存在的可能性障碍进行了分析,并提出加强理论学习、推进政府职能转变、明确战略目标以及推进电子政务建设等解决对策。
Starting from the status quo and problems of township government performance evaluation, this paper, by inducting the concepts of balanced scorecard, establishes the township government performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard, ana- lyzes some possible obstacles in its operation and puts forward some solutions such as strengthening theoretical study, promoting the transformation of government functions, setting up a clear strategic objective and promoting the building of e-government.
