Medical service quality management in the field of hospital management as a whole, has become a hot topic among people recently, and opinions vary with different authors. However, there is little research assessing the effectiveness of each quality management strategy on the basis of evidence. By reviewing abundant research literature and pondering the problems in this field, the authors elaborate their own views in the hope to share some ideas with the readers.
