摘要
医院后勤服务社会化改革模式现阶段已由小型物管单位承包的形式向购买具有市场竞争力的、有多方面后勤管理专业知识和技能的、有较高资质的(国家一、二级资质)后勤服务公司服务的方向转化。探索在竞标前先向社会各大后勤服务公司发出竞标通知,通过遴选抉择,由分类承包模式逐渐过渡到全方位接管后勤服务的整体委外模式,不失为有益的探索。
The reform of the socialization of logistics in hospital has changed from small property management nuit to logistics services company, which has the national first or second quality and credibility, market competition, logistical management expertise and skills, and a higher qualification. Our hospital has experienced from choosing the survivals category contracts in the competitive tender to choosing one company to takes over all the logistics service in overall outsourcing model.
